1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Stripe for secure and seamless payments. You can pay with your credit/debit cards or PayPal account during checkout.
2. What is the currency used for transactions?
All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar). Taxes are applied based on your shipping address and will be displayed at checkout.
3. How do I know my payment was successfully processed?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email with your order details. If the payment fails, you will be notified, and you can try again with another payment method.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated total delivery time is between 6-9 business days. This includes:
Production Time: 1–2 business days.
Carrier Transit Time: 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping method.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (before taxes and shipping charges). Orders under $150 will have a standard shipping fee of $6.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please contact us at contact@averawea.com as soon as possible.
7. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
8. How do I return an item?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions on how to initiate a return.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or certain U.S. territories (HI, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes).
11. What happens if my transaction is flagged or fails?
If your payment is flagged or fails, you will be notified immediately. Please verify your payment details or try using a different payment method. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
12. What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
13. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow our return process to return your original item and place a new order.
14. Do you charge taxes?
Sales tax applicable to each state will be clearly displayed at checkout. The amount will depend on the state you are shipping to.
