Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.

• Any items marked as “final sale.”

Reason for Return

You can return items for the following reasons:

• Product doesn’t match the description.

• Damaged or defective item.

Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Please contact us at contact@averawea.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Return Item: Send the item(s) back to us following the return instructions. Make sure the item is securely packaged.

Refund Process
