Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and free from signs of wear.

• Retain all original labels, tags, and packaging.

• Be in the original condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on customized or personalized products. Customized items refer explicitly to products made based on specific customer requests or designs. These items are returnable only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Common Reasons for Returns:

• Incorrect item received

• Incorrect size

• Product quality issues

• Item damaged or defective upon arrival

Return Shipping Costs

• If a return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged products), we fully cover the return shipping cost.

• For returns due to customer preferences (e.g., size, personal taste), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support at contact@averawea.com or +1 (408) 300-0958 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of your return package.

3. Securely pack the item(s), preferably using the original packaging.

Return Packaging Requirement

All returned items must be properly and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Ideally, use original packaging or a suitable equivalent to ensure the product arrives safely.
