Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unwashed, and free from signs of wear.
Retain all original labels, tags, and packaging.
Be in the original condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on customized or personalized products. Customized items refer explicitly to products made based on specific customer requests or designs. These items are returnable only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

If a return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged products), we fully cover the return shipping cost.

Return Process
